JOIN US IN HEALING TOGETHER

Myra's Kids Family Camp is not just a camp – it's a journey of healing, connection, and hope. We invite your family to join us on June 15, 2024, as we embark on this transformative experience together. Let's heal, connect, and grow as a community of support.

What’s Family Camp?

At Myra's Kids, we understand that grief is a family experience. Our Family Camp is an extension of our renowned summer camp program, designed to provide families with a unique one-day opportunity to come together, share, and heal. This free camp is specifically tailored for families with children (5 years old +) who have experienced the death of someone close to them.

What to expect?

Led by grief professionals and trained volunteers, Family Camp offers a safe space for families to:

Connect with Each Other

Family Camp provides a nurturing environment for families to strengthen their bonds, fostering open communication and understanding. This shared experience helps build a foundation of support within the family unit.

Therapeutic Activities

Our carefully curated program includes activities designed to facilitate healing and promote healthy expressions of grief. Led by experienced grief professionals, these activities provide opportunities for both children and caregivers to explore their emotions and memories in a supportive environment.

Connect with Others

Grief can be isolating, but at Family Camp, you're not alone. Forge connections with other families who share similar experiences. Through shared stories and understanding, you'll find a network of support that extends beyond the camp.
